I loved the platform until recent HUGE price increases will make it untenable and unconscionable for me to stay. I would have to pay almost double what I’m paying now to get less features. What kind of business does that? Their new pricing tiers make no sense- lots of bells & whistles to justify the price hike but leaving out key features at the price tiers most reasonable for solo practitioners (the very clientele they built their business on). $100/month just to retain the platform’s ...

"The New Tier Pricing is a Rip Off"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like the APP and using voice to text in the app for notes. I also really like the calendar sync feature and the ability to be paperless with client forms. The calendar sync is better than the last company I used but also significantly less expensive. I am now shopping around again and finding that their offering is the most expensive, and the services I need (calendar, notes, forms, billing) are all pretty similar. Price Gouging

This review was already on Trustpilot but I have the EXACT SAME ISSUE and cannot state it any better than this. Recent rate hike of 50% causing me to leave Simple Practice. I have enjoyed Simple Practice up until the new price hike. They state you can customize your plan which is not true. They require you to be charged for: telehealth, Wiley Treatment Planner, Professional Website, Monarch (marketing), and Insurance Claims. As a private group practice, we will not need any of these ...

Platform great...but little to no customer support

I love the platform is great! The love a lot of the features. However there is no to little customer support. I cant even find an email that doesnt come back failed where I can get billing help and account help. I submitted billing through thier platform and 90% of them did not even make it to the insurance company. SP still charged me and now I have a huge mess to clean up. I wish i had gone with another EHR with a customer support phone number. I highly reccomend considering that as you ...

I like how easy it is to write notes

I like how easy it is to write notes, share documents, and create charts. However, I use the virtual telehealth aspect, and the platform is choppy, slow, and hard to share the screen.
