Outstanding response from staff

The staff is very helpful and quick to respond. I feel that I am not in practice alone and have support. I have no worries with billing and I feel that Simple Practice is what every therapist needs in order to successfully manage a business.

I mostly love Simple Practice but the…

I mostly love Simple Practice but the things I don't love are a pain. It is super easy to navigate. There are some weird rules around payouts. My account has gone into review twice without warning. If a client's card is declined or a client reports and you receive a kickback it may be subject to review.

I am a solo practitioner

I am a solo practitioner. I love most things about Simple Practice. It is very user friendly and I love that I can set up my own practice fees, forms, services, etc. I work with a lot of children and do a lot of parent coaching. Two things that are very inconvenient are not being able to use the same email twice in the system (sometimes I see the parent for parent coaching after I finish up therapy with the child) and not being able to set up a group. Based on all the other EHR/MHR systems…

Based on all the other EHR/MHR systems I have used I find Simple Practice to be the best fit for my practice. Ease of use is my number one reason. I am not a fan of some of the recent structural changes; however, those changes balance/outweigh new and coming features. I would like to see SP's response time increase. I feel it has dropped in the past year; but given the recent world events, I am forgiving.

This platform has been a game changer…

This platform has been a game changer for me. It keeps me organized and everything central in one place. I also love the fact that I can use the app on my cellphone. Only thing I would change is to be able to have the option of cancelling an appointment instead of deleting it on the app (this is a feature available when online). Highly recommend this service!
