Pretty great but with a few major dislikes.

I really like Simple Practice and find it to be incredibly clean, simple, and easy to use, especially when starting out. My big dislike, and it is a BIG dislike, is the website that comes with it. As it is, I am going to have to pay extra money to build a website somewhere else so that I can add important items to my website. I also had to subscribe to the most expensive plan to get the "BOOK NOW" widget for my new website which is pretty annoying. I am not sure if I will stay with Simple ...

The service team is responsive and knowledgeable. They still have some features they could tweak and add some bells and whistles, but overall, it is an amazing tool.

It's okay

It's okay. I wish there was a desktop app to use rather than using the web browser. I wish I didn't have to scroll to find the diagnosis and treatment plan. It would be nice to have diagnosis displayed at the top with name and date of birth. I would also like to be able to customize the colors on the calendar. I work between two different practices, both virtually, and would like to easy distinction between the two.

Too Much Money

Unfortunately, this program costs a lot of money and charges even more for extras like additional claims (beyond 10 per month) and additional providers, which adds up very quickly. The program is not extremely user friendly and requires some searching to understand how to maneuver through it. Am on the lookout for a cheaper and more easy to use program.

It is simple to use and provides a wide range of assistance for those of us who are a one person show. It is set up more for therapy, which I have found in all BH programs. I am a psych NP and I can adapt it to my needs, but it would be nice to have some options such as a standard place to track past meds, current meds and reflect changes made to meds. Trying to figure out how to use this…

Trying to figure out how to use this site is painful. There is basically no faq or help to learn how to utilize the forms or the site overall. The Youtube videos are as useless as the few that I have found on the site. I may need to switch to Therapynotes. I have wasted SO much time just trying to do simple things like attach forms to appointments, edit forms and save them, fill out forms and save them to my clients - by the way I still don't know how to do any of these things. I do time ...

Love It!

I am not very tech savvy and find this platform very easy to use. Even the FAQs section and video explanations have been quite helpful. I'm so appreciative for the design and think it's well worth the money.

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Its really user friendly, and has a lot of additional services outside of clinical documentation.
