Poor Customer Service
The questions for adding an Insurance provider to cover massage therapy were never properly answered or addressed. The billing was incorrect and the attempts to cancel the account failed three times. Sadly, it was a waste of time and resources for many months due to poor customer service.

I am not happy!
I signed on for Simple Practice because other clinicians in my office have it. I am not tech savvy and thought I might need my coworkers help. I was right I have needed outside support because the tech support at Simple Practice is horrible. They say there are humans but good luck finding them. Most of the chat responders are computers not humans and are not helpful for a complicated problem. For example I can’t find one copay or private pay my clients have paid anywhere in my bank account. ...

The platform is reliable and simple to use. I like the calendar sync component, but it shouldn’t cost $30 more per monthly. Another platform that I use is completely free and offers calendar sync for free. The billing component is confusing and could be made so much simpler.

Simple Practice hard to reach and questionable overcharges!
Update 2/21/24 - I have been using now for over 2 years. They have added a way to see claim count, thank goodness, and attempt to make things better constantly. I wouldn't pay for Wiley Treatment plans if not in ur package. It's too hard to follow, too specific and much easier to write your own. It's also very nice to have everything in one place. SP is not perfect - like the calendar having so few colors and still hard to have anyone consider ideas and requests- but much much better in ...

This platform is fine overall but…
This platform is fine overall, but a there are a few issues I would like to see improved. * We need reminders for started but incomplete/unsigned notes. Sometimes I don’t have time to finish a note in one sitting and to have to write a reminder for myself is really annoying. * The price increase and restrictions of features has been a bummer * Sometimes a note is generated to complete for a cancelled appointment and I don’t understand why. * Also, cancelled appointments never charge for ...

Simple Practice is a life saver
Simple Practice is a life saver! It allows me to save time and energy for my clients. The platform is easy and user-friendly. I love the options available and the ease in filing claims. There are plenty of templates available or you can customize your own. Other platforms I have used have been cumbersome. I cannot say enough about the value provided!

Simple Practice is the perfect platform…
Simple Practice is the perfect platform to help run my private practice smoothly. Everything I need Simple practice has the capability help navigate (claims, note, appt reminders, virtual, direct deposit, etc.) Every time I put in a request it's addressed with 24 hrs. I'm recommended Simple Practice to several of my colleagues!!!!!!!

Overall a good platform for my needs as a fully virtual therapist. There was definitely a learning curve in figuring out all the ways to set it up in a way that works for me and my clients, as there are a lot of ways to customize things (which is overall a positive thing). My number one complaint is that the calendar sync feature is only available for the top tier plan. For previous EHR services I've used, it's a standard feature.
