Simple Practice is an asset to my business.
I’ve been using Simple Practice since I started my private practice 3 months ago. It is really user friendly, and I love that clients can message me and book appointments through the client portal. I’m also really happy with the website I made using the Simple Practice platform.

Overall I have enjoyed SimplePractice
Overall I have enjoyed using SimplePractice. Client billing, entering new clients and scheduling appointments has been nice and easy. I also appreciate that my clients do not have to have a password to enter the client portal. The automatic emails are great.

won a dispute yet sp continuously withdrawing from my acct
I won a dispute yet SIMPLE PRACTICE continues to attempt to withdraw money from my account every time they do this since I don’t have the funds he charges me $40 I went to the grocery store to get food for me and my kids and I wasn’t able to get anything because my bank accounts negative because of them. I literally had no money to get something to eat today before I went and taught a hip-hop dance fitness class because now they’re holding back my payouts even though I won the dispute and ...

I am grateful that SimplePractice continues to improve and listens to its users for feedback. I have seen wonderful positive changes in the time I have been using this platform. It really is the simplest to use, with the most useful features.

I have been very impressed with this EHR
I have been very impressed with the SimplePractice EHR. It’s a little complicated to understand at first but once understood is a breeze. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of reasons: there are so many imbedded places and some of the areas I need to access are tedious to get to, such as applying a refund. Also they recently upped their rates and other platforms are cheaper. I am continuing to choose SimplePractice for their telehealth and online booking features. Overall, a ...

Enjoying it!
So far I'm really enjoying it and find it very helpful. Only complaints are that there doesn't seem to be a way to securely send something to another provider's office without sharing the entire chart, and I haven't figured out how to have two connected but not shared charts (I have family members who will see me separately in preparation for a family session)--but I also haven't looked for that so that's on me.

I read some of the reviews. So far, my experience with customer service has been great. I am always able to get an email response, or someone offers to talk with me via video. I do think it's a little pricey & the increase may knock out some potential customers. I would edge the price down just a little. There are so many features of simplepractice, that they cover most anything we would need. The downside to that is that it is a pretty complicated system and on-boarding took me quite ...

Very Happy So Far!
I just started my own speech therapy business a few months ago and started with Simple Practice. So far I am very happy with the platform. I am able to store all of my client's information in one secure place and setting up payment to my business debit card was very easy. There was a phone call that needed to take place to confirm my identify but it was quick and I appreciated the extra level of security. Overpriced
Doesn’t seem to be worth the cost. I don’t think it’s necessary to charge so much for an online scheduling feature. In this virtual world we live in, that should be included in the lowest-tier.

I’m starting to think this company is up to no good and crooked. I’ve been using SimplePractice for a few months now with just a few minor issues that I’ve managed to work around.
