Affordable and User Friendly

Affordable and easy to use. I was using Kareo at the start of my business, but I wasn’t getting notifications on my phone and was missing appointments. The program itself is good, customer service is terrible.

The program itself is pretty good. However, the customer service is atrocious. I run the business side and my mother is the counselor with the license. When I set up the program, I originally had my name in, but changed it because I won't go from paying $85 a month to $165 just to be able to have myself as the administrator and my mother as the clinician, as that's the only difference in what you're paying for. Absurd pricing structure

EDIT: In reading SPs response to my review, I'm further perplexed about how they might think that calendar sync is only a fit for practitioners at the stage where they want to pay $99/month. But not really perplexed because the motive behind the pricing changes, despite the corporate speak, is clear. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I signed on a little over a year ago and thought it was great. Simple Practice

As a novice private practice owner also sole provider, I have found SP to be the most user friendly, feasible, and all-in-one EHR. I have found the video tutorials and “how to” links to be very helpful with navigating the system. There are various ways you can communicate with clients as well. Easy access to chat with SP representatives. You can create and modify forms and documents to meet your PP needs.

Simple Practice is Easy

Simple Practice is great. Very easy to use—everything is where you’d expect it to be. Templates are pre-loaded and very easily modified. Billing, telehealth and EHR all in one place. And great customer service! Getting everything set up was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
