SimplePractice has made the clinical administration aspect of owning my own practice easy. Intake paperwork is sent and filled out by the client before the first appointment. Notes are kept effortlessly and can be accessed straight from the calendar entry. The templates SimplePractice makes for everything from notes to assessments to treatment plans are easy to access and use. Billing is quick and effortless. I would recommend this EHR to anyone looking to start a practice.

Simple to use!

Simple practice is just easy to use. I like that I can personalize forms. I had an issue with a referral code from another provider and customer service quickly resolved the issue in my favor. I have the lowest version and it meets my needs, but like the options that are available for a higher cost, if needed.

I really like SimplePractice

I really like SimplePractice, it has a lot of features that some of the other EHR don’t have. I used a similar one to SP and ultimately when with SP due to the extra features- like the treatment plan templates, ability to create own templates, the billing is made easy, and the fee is reasonably for what you are getting. I also like that you can secure message with clients within the program as well. I would highly recommend!

As a licensed psychologist, I have found SimplePractice very helpful in keeping the management of my private practice streamlined and organized. In particular, the ease of adding new clients (including intake paperwork and billing information, etc.) reduces the burden on the clinician as all pertinent information is completed remotely and retained in an accessible location under each client profile.

I really like SimplePractice, it has a lot of features that some of the other EHR don’t have. I used a similar one to SP and ultimately when with SP due to the extra features- like the treatment plan templates, ability to create own templates, the billing is made easy, and the fee is reasonably for what you are getting.
