SimplePractice is very accomodating in many areas. It is frustrating in the support area. Having to type in and not getting exactly what you are looking for. Also, the video format isn't great, needs like a waiting room or a warning when it's about to connect and see the other person. The camera could have a filter option like Zoom does to make you look less tired haha

SimplePractice is very accomodating in many areas. It is frustrating in the support area. Having to type in and not getting exactly what you are looking for. Also, the video format isn't great, needs like a waiting room or a warning when it's about to connect and see the other person. I know many people have voiced their issues with the price increase SP had this past year. Honestly, I find it's well worth the cost and actually is less than the amount I receive in payment for 1 client. Simple Practice has it all in one package from the intake documents, the client portal - including separate ones for each family member to keep confidentiality, secure communication, telehealth, treatment plan templates, and easy billing to name a few. I love just about everything about ...

Lots to like about SimplePractice

I have really enjoyed using SimplePractice, especially compared to other electronic health records programs I've used in the past. It is mostly intuitive, has a nice user interface, and I had a good experience with their customer service. I also appreciate that it works on my Mac. My only issue so far is that the phone app doesn't always sync with my appointments accurately (sometimes some appts are missing on my phone, when the computer calendar shows all of them). Simple Practice provides a lot of resources and is HIPAA compliant! It’s user friendly and a great way to keep notes, documents, and information. It honestly is a one stop shop!
