Simple Practice is the best move I have ever made for my practice.
Simple Practice is the best move I have ever made for my business. I highly recommend the practice. It may take some time to get in the flow and worth every moment. I highly recommend it and wish I would have started using Simple Practice years ago! I also go for the top plan to have the reminders sent to the clients.

Simple Practice is the best move I have ever made for my business. I highly recommend the practice. It may take some time to get in the flow and worth every moment. I highly recommend it and wish I would have started using Simple Practice years ago! I also go for the top plan to have the reminders sent to the clients.

It is not as intuitive as you would…
It is not as intuitive as you would think. Sometimes it’s frustrating in terms of invoicing and then receiving payment. Oh the new thing seems to be virtual credit cards from insurance companies. There’s no way to distinguish the payment from the insurer and the co-pay. Now I have to go back and ask the insurer to send me paper checks. That’s frustrating!

SimplePractice has been a great platform for me. I find it user friendly with plenty of online articles for anything I can't remember or don't know how to do. Plus, they offer fast responses to question asked of live personnel. Adding a supervisor is incredibly easy, is reported to allow billing insurance under such. The only drawback I've found so far is that adding a supervisor and use of the Wiley treatment planner is only possible at the highest subscription level. It's disappointing ...

SimplePractice is great for practice organization.
SimplePractice helps me keep my practice well organized and has great resources for recordkeeping, client self evaluation and calendaring. I have a small private practice and did hope that the calendar linkage with my Gmail account would have been included in the package I have. The website I got with my package was just what I needed and integrates scheduling seamlessly.
