User friendly
As a new therapist, SimplePractice was very user friendly. I chose it over TherapyNotes because I could create my own forms for clients to complete electronically. I also really appreciate the email reminder and autopay features. I marked it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is really expensive to upgrade to the version that has secure messaging.

Simple Practice has changed my life
I don't know how I functioned before I started using Simple Practice. I certainly was not as professional. I love the format for writing my progress notes. I love the way I can send documents to parents. I love that I can do autopay. Most importantly, their customer service is incredible.

As a new private practice therapist Simple Practice helped me to navigate a complex insurance system and made note writing easier with templates. The screening tools provided are easy to share and organize. I have recommended Simple Practice to other therapists starting their own practice and have heard positive results.
