Simple Practice made things simple!

I was pretty anxious about starting a private practice, but Simple Practice has walked me through the process in so many ways. Every time I needed to learn something new I was able to find a helpful video or article to outline the process for me. The training has been invaluable and I don't think I could have done it without Simple Practice!

Simple practice is so easy to use which is one of the biggest reasons I switched EHR’s. I also like the interface which is modern and up to date. It has so many additional features and opportunities to take advantage of like the website and continuing education. A true one stop shop that makes it easier to run your practice.

Love the amount of video tutorials!

So far Simple Practice has been great! I am not a very tech savvy person, so I love the amount of tutorials and videos they have to walk you through everything. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes when I am filling out notes, I have to go back to the client profile and look at something and I wish it was easier to pause and move around and go back to the note than it is. But overall, Simple Practice has made everything pretty dummy proof for me!

I love almost everything about Simple Practice

I love Simple Practice! It is an easy to use software. I've tried a few others and this is by far my favorite! The only downfall is that it is expensive. I feel like adding a supervisor to check notes for interns should be included in the $69/month plan instead of the $99/month since interns are likely to not make as much money. Other than that I have no complaints :)

I enjoy using Simple Practice due to the ease of managing appointments and insurance claims. It makes working with insurance so much easier. The connection on the Simple Practice teletherapy platform could be more consistent, as I sometimes encounter connection problems even when all users are connected to wifi. Additionally, I would love to be able to send HIPAA compliant emails to my entire client load at one time, but this function does not exist.

Simple Practice, really makes things simple! No issues thus far and loving it!

User friendly

Simple practice is a user friendly EHR for clinicians and clients. We are a small group practice and have enjoyed how easy it is to document notes, create treatment plans and view financial analytics for the business overall. We have a billing partner submit claims and they also have had no issues with the system.

Need to be able to upload bigger PDF's…

Need to be able to upload bigger PDF's and the price is a bit expensive for a therapist who is practicing alone in private practice. Also, the tier's are designed in a way that you almost have to pick one of the more expensive options. Overall, it is very user friendly and has made my practice run smoother.
