I am not talking about the last meeting…

I am not talking about the last meeting with Mike. He was outstanding. I am talking about the behavior and meetings with many of the people who work with simple practice. Those endless emails are very annoying. They are usually just giving me the run-around. When I request a meeting nobody listens. Overall good EHR.

I appreciate being able to send forms to a new client and obtain the information needed. The billing feature is great and easy to use. The only negative for me is inability to talk to someone from simple practice when encounterjng a problem, must use email first. If this were enabled, simple practice would be ideal and way out front of other EHR's. They do listen to improvement suggestions and institute features.

I do not appreciate the fact that I am…

I do not appreciate the fact that I am unable to exclude notes on no-shows and cancelations. They are not required and are a time consuming hassle. Additionally, I am new to using Simple Practice as a sole private practice mental health care provider, and while navigation in the system is fairly simple, it can be difficult to toggle and switch between tabs when updating information.

It really is simple.

It really is simple. This is the first EHR that I've used in my small neuropsychology practice, and it fits almost all of my needs. I was attracted to the promise of simplicity, and on that it delivers. It has a nice interface and seamlessly includes a patient portal, etc. I don't use the billing in it, but it is definitely a positive for those that would. Fully Integrated Practice Experience

I have been using SimplePractice for approximately 4 months and it's been a wonderfully easy experience. As a practitioner having everything fully integrated has made opening a practice and managing my daily tasks easy. I have had positive feedback from clients about ease of use and a relatively intuitive client portal. File/Image uploads are key!

As an art therapist, I appreciate the ability to upload files and images to client charts. I wish there was a way to view them along side progress notes (currently you have to click on the attachment), but the option is crucial for me. I also wish the GFE template was part of my package ($29/month), as it is now standard practice, which is why I can't give 5 stars. Easy to use health record system

SimplePractice is a useful and valuable tool. It is helpful for streamlining note taking, billing, and organizing documents. Having the built in messaging and appointment reminder features make communicating a breeze. I have only had a few interactions with customer service, but the help and speed at which they provided a resolution was 5 stars. Overall, SimplePractice has been a great addition to my practice and I will continue to use them in the future.
