Everything in one!

I highly enjoy how integrated simplepractice is! As a virtual only therapist-I highly value being able to do billing, documenting, file sharing, etc all in one software. As a self pay only practice, I find their various reports that you can run helpful. Everything is relatively easy to understand and navigate.

My experience with Simple Practice

I have been using Simple Practice for several months now. I looked around at different counseling software when I set up my private practice, and I found that Simple Practice's software was the easiest and the most thorough! Great customer service too!

I wish I switched to Simple Practice sooner!

I was both excited and reluctant to switch to a new practice management platform, and Simple Practice made it EASY! Their short videos really walked me through each and every step, and their help section really connected me with real answers from real people within 24 hours. I have already recommended it to others in private practice and should have switched sooner!

Their support is awful, the product is subpar, they do not stand behind the product

Their support is awful, the product has tons of bugs, they treat customers terribly and do not appreciate or respect your business. I have used this product for a long time and have had endless problems. Please do not use them for your EHR you will save yourself lots of trouble. They have offered me credits in the past to take down reviews from this site. Any positive reviews on this site should be suspicious. Many people who use or have used this product are unhappy with it.

Family therapy functionality is lacking

Simple Practice has been great for my small private practice thus far. However, one issue I run into regularly as a family therapist and a provider who works with polyamorous relationships is that SP does not have an option to add more than two family members to a chart (aside from the suggestion of adding additional family members as contacts).
