Customer service has been able to answer any questions I have had!

Good EHR but pricy

Overall the features of Simple Practice are good. I appreciate the ability to do psychotherapy notes as well as progress notes. Their pricing structure is bad - they give hardly any features in the basic tier, and then there is maybe one or two necessary things you need in the higher tiers, but you have to pay so much more to access the one simple feature.

Best EMR out there!

Everything is easy to use, from billing clients to creating notes. I also appreciate all of the built in features like Telehealth, report generating, and secure messaging. It is a one stop shop!!

I've been impressed with how they have evolved since I started with them over 5 years ago. Their EHR is very user friendly and easy to navigate. They make changes which only enhance what they have to offer. And the fact I was able to create an easy website and have everything all-in-one with them has been awesome.

Simple Practice is excellent!

Simple Practice makes scheduling and record keeping so easy! It took no time at all to learn how to navigate the system and it has all of the features I need to run a successful practice. Highly recommend!

Phone app is the user-friendly cherry on top!

Everything is pretty easy to use and the pre built templates for consent forms, demographics questionnaires, notes, and assessments are very helpful. The billing is automatic, as are the reminders. Many good features in a convenient package.

Its like having an office manager.

This company produces a very professional product with easily and quickly accessed help support to answer any question. In addition, they provide educational opportunities related to business practice. It is like having an office manager/expert to help guide you through the process. I was able to get my practice and EMR going within a few short hours.

Buyer beware of your own expectations

There are a lot of well thought out features with Simple Practice. Not having access to live phone support is horrible. Maybe it is a sign of the times that people should expect, but I expect more. Additionally my help requests that provided no solution for my requests get terminated as sucesssfully resolved! If I consider these issues too much I would be enfuriated. I try to focus on what has worked out ok. Maybe I expect too much, but if I find another service that is more customer ...

Novice Friendly!

As a new clinician and business owner, Simple Practice has made the process of learning and using the platform (nearly) painless. Their tutorials have been invaluable for navigating the often choppy waters of documentation, scheduling, and billing. While I am nowhere near an expert yet, I am very happy with the services they provide and would recommend them to colleagues in the future.
