SimplePractice My Favorite EHR

SimplePractice makes it so easy to make appointments, keeps notes, make assessments and do all the things a clinician would like an electronic health record system to do. Since September, it has also been my exclusive billing system. It took about 4 months to get all the insurance companies on board, but now it's working very well. I heartily recommend SimplePractice as the best EHR in the market.

I could not be happier with Simple Practice! It is so user-friendly. The fact that it gives you templates for all consents and a website platform sealed the deal for me! The customer service is on point as well. All my questions were addressed thoroughly and promptly.

Best tool for small practice

Such an easy simple tool. I have my own private practice and it’s just me, the cost makes it so practical for starting a business. Easy to collect payment, book appointments, write notes and stay up to date!

I recommend Simple Practice for orofacial myofunctional therapists

I’m so glad Simple Practice was recommended to me by Airway Circle and Tamara Thomas. I started my Myofunctional therapy business in August and this product has really helped streamline everything from creating a chart to scheduling, taking payments and reminding patients about their appointments. It has really made my life easier.

Simple practice - a bit complicated but worth it

Simple practice is a EHR system which allows me to run a private practice. It has several optional features such as telehealth platform. I have only just started using it a month or two ago, and I find it fairly intuitive, except for the billing part, which feels more complicated for me. the scheduling interface is very accessible, however, the records interface I find takes a little more time to get used to. SimplePractice is so user friendly and they think of all possible support you would need the onboarding process was awesome. The platform is so streamlined and the videos are crystal clear and amazing for Telehealth. I also enjoy the setup there is nothing that is missing on this platform and they offer informational webinars that are so helpful in running your practice I would highly recommend.

I love Simple Practice

I have been using Simple Practice since the beginning of the pandemic. I decided to use this platform, after being with Theranest for several months. I like Simple Practice because of the usefulness of its functionality. I enjoy the clear video/telehealth vision. I also like the reminders to clients regarding their upcoming appointments.

This EHR program is overall worth the cost if a little pricey. It’s incredibly helpful to have all aspects of running a private practice on one program. Scheduling is accessible and not that difficult to figure out. Billing can become quite complicated depending on what you need to do for instance, if you use insurance frequently. I found the interface for documentation a little bit complicated but since I’ve only been using the program for one or two months, I’m hoping it will become ...
