I find Simple Practice easy to use and meets my needs as a solo private practice. I like that I can do my scheduling, record keeping, telehealth, and billing all from one platform. I have used other EHR's in the past and find Simple Practice works better for me than any of the other platforms I have used.

I love the interface of Simple Practice. It's easy to use and aesthetically oriented. The insurance billing feature has also been really great, so streamlined and simple to create and send in claims. Overall I am very happy with the software.

SimplePractice does exactly what it's name suggests. It makes managing my therapy practice simple. Every part of the software is intuitive and easy to use. It is comprehensive. I can run every aspect of my business from within SimplePractice. They also provide excellent support and a great community.

SimplePractice makes my solo-practice run more efficiently by having systems at the ready for my intake process, session/progress notes and billing needs. I can easily customize what I need to and feel reassured that I have completed what I needed to with the SimplePractice's built-in reminders. It is easy for my clients to access as well.

Loving Simple Practice

What really works for me on this platform is how I can schedule, video conference and bill. I like how I can send forms to my clients. I was able to learn the program very well by the support of the support staff. Watching the videos and having the pdfs does help once I know what I am doing, but the direct hands on help from the support person I was working with is really what made integrating and utilizing this program doable for me.
