Simple and helpful!

The format is simple and easy to navigate. I like how things are "easy on the eye". I have used another EHR where that has not been the case. I have also found that billing insurance directly through the platform has been GREAT and has made life so much easier.

Simple Practice is a great deal!

I love being able to bill clients' credit cards with Stripe. It is so easy! And I love, love, love the professional website. The website looks great, is efficient and easy for potential clients to use. Also, I had no trouble setting the website up and I'm not "tech savvy" at all. The calendar keeps me organized and it is very simple to use. Assessments, treatment plans and notes are easy and organized too. The tutorial videos are helpful and there are plenty of written instructions to help ...

Simple Practice is very user friendly…

Simple Practice is very user friendly and customer service is always available to help if needed. I have found no issues w/ the utilization of Simple Practice thus far and plan to continue utilizing for the long run! Thanks Simple Practice!

Private practice made easy

Simple Practice makes the whole experience of running a private therapy practice easy. The billing is often one click to submit claims. The customizable notes make documentation a much more streamlined process. The reminders keep me on track.

pt billing is difficult

I have been using Simple practice for several years but only since last June for insurance filing and patient billing. I find the patient invoicing to be extremely confusing. I never know if the patient account balance is correct or not. Unallocated, all the different invoices very difficult to manage. I know others have trouble with this too. Customer service has gone down as you grow.

SimplePractice has a lot of features, which can feel overwhelming. I use this for HIPPA compliant video services and a website primarily. The only downside I would acknowledge is the price of the service. I run a very small private practice on the side, and $70/ month feels excessive. I also think it's important to acknowledge that I am writing this review because I was offered a $50 credit for their service to do so.

The features offered make my job so much easier. This includes training new staff, time saved overall and providing supervision.I wish that I could meet my supervisee’s through the platform and there seems to be a hiccup with the insurance coverage report for Anthem. But other than that, I’m well satisfied with the platform.
