Good value, lots of features and support

I've used Simple Practice for a few years through the nonprofit I work for, so it was an easy transition to create a new account when I opened a private practice. The basic membership is an excellent value, especially when you consider it includes credit card processing. I was pleased at the end of the year when I received yearly financial reports, making tax prep simple. When I needed to speak to someone to help navigate the platform, the response was timely.

I have been using Simple Practice for about 5 months. I have enjoyed the customer support. Every time I have a question, I can call and they always follow up with an email also. They have been helpful as I have begun to accept insurance and am working through that learning curve. It is very easy to send documents to clients for completion. It has been a great experience so far.

I really like the form and documentation templates, the organizational simplicity of the platform, and the prompt customer support. However, I would like to be able to adjust my schedule on the mobile app as needed. And the monthly $69 subscription rate is rather high.

Good, but not great...

I really like SimplePractice for several reasons: -the integrated billing/payment feature -the ease of the client portal -the ease of use from the client's perspective (based on feedback I have received from my clients) -the function to have an adult associated with a minor's account What I wish were different: The video function. Simple Practice

Simple practice has a lot of informational ways to make you successful with the site. The basic version is pretty limited in what you can use so if you have a decent amount of insurance clientele, I would not recommend the basic level of Simple Practice. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.
