It really is simple!
Simple Practice really does simplify what could otherwise be a very confusing and burdensome task of running a private practice. I wish I had found out about this software sooner!

"This Electronic Health Record system has it all!!!"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? The ease of it all. Adding new clients and information is a breeze. It makes billing insurance easy. Reminders and to-do lists help efficiency. Templates that are customizable ease paperwork. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? I would love to have color-coded appointment options and a way to send mass emails to all clients. Great web-based EHR
SimplePractice has been really helpful with my business start-up. Their helpdesk is responsive and knowledgable and they also make billing really quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Simple practice is a one stop shop
Simple practice is a one stop shop! I utilize simple practice mainly for the Telehealth video platform. I have not experienced any issues with it so far! It’s clinician and client friendly!

I recommend Simple Practice for your private practice
I have enjoyed using Simple Practice for my electronic record keeping and for my billing. I enjoy being able to stream line my psychotherapy notes with my billed services. My billing takes minimal time once I am established with insurance providers in the system. Also, the tutorial videos and answers to your questions for using their system are easily found.

I love the all in one format
I love the all in one format. Having my work streamlined as far as having one place to go for charting, billing, scheduling, and telehealth is ideal. I also appreciate that my calendar can sync with my google account, so I'm less likely to overbook myself. What has made me question staying with Simple Practice is the rate. I have been hearing from other providers that there are similar options out there with a lower price tag and as a private practice therapist my budget for business ...

Easy peasy!
I enjoy Simple practice as it has made opening and managing my practice... simple. I haven't had any technical issues thus far and it's pretty simple to do tasks such as billing which can be the most frustrating part of an insurance based practice. I am happy with the product and the convenience is provides me as a solo practitioner. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because there are minor things that could be added for convenience such as being able to upload our own templates for ...

I love having everything in one place. I like the look of the program (feels clean, organized), and I like having an app. I am VERY let down about not being able to electronically sign my superbills. I was so excited about being able to save time and easily generate and send superbills, but this is not the case. I have to download the SB to my computer, then add a text box to the document and sign my name, then upload it back to Simple Practice before sending it to my clients. A LOT of ...

very easy interface and a responsive and helpful help desk
simple practice's interface is easy to use and whenever i have questions, i get a quick and thorough response. submitting in network claims felt too complicated to figure out in my limited free time, so i joined Alma who went and credentialed me with 3 insurances and will submit claims for me with guaranteed pay out every 2 weeks. the reason why I keep simple practice at this time is because i do not know how to import client progress notes to the Alma ehr.
