Good value, lots of features and support

I've used Simple Practice for a few years through the nonprofit I work for, so it was an easy transition to create a new account when I opened a private practice. The basic membership is an excellent value, especially when you consider it includes credit card processing. I was pleased at the end of the year when I received yearly financial reports, making tax prep simple. When I needed to speak to someone to help navigate the platform, the response was timely.

User-friendly and affordable

I use Simple Practice daily for management of all my client records (I don't use it for billing, telehealth, or messaging) and for my purposes, SP is great! It's affordable and easy to navigate, and I really like being able to set up custom forms, notes, and assessments.

I have been using Simple Practice for…

I have been using Simple Practice for about 5 months. I have enjoyed the customer support. Every time I have a question, I can call and they always follow up with an email also. They have been helpful as I have begun to accept insurance and am working through that learning curve. It is very easy to send documents to clients for completion. It has been a great experience so far.
