Overall Clear Winner
Simple Practice makes running a business just that--simple! Easy scheduling, customized record keeping and integrated payment makes it a no-brainer. I've used other EHR systems in the past and Simple Practice is my favorite by far. I like the clean look of it, my clients like the portal (more than other EHR systems), and the app is nice too. Having a website as part of my monthly fee is wonderful. The downside: they recently increased their credit card fees. Low fees are (was) one of the ...

I am so confused
I am so confused 1. how do I load in the chart notes of previos sessions with mycleints 2. How to I create a PDF or other secure document of my case notes so I can send to thos requestion records. 3.I need a brief tutor to walk me through simple practice, I get overwhelmed with what is on the site, a walk through would help me use all the components and maybe pay for more. thanks, Mary Sue

Excellent Attention to Customer Needs/Questions
I have been using Simple Practice for a few years now in my psychotherapy private practice. I think Simple Practice does a great job of user support; the platform offers multiple avenues to help clinicians find answers to questions starting with a "How Can We Help?" function located at the bottom of the screen. The Customer Support Team is consistently timely in their responses and will continue to follow-up on and work on a case with you until your questions are answered or the issue is ...

One of the Best Practice Management Systems!
I absolutely LOVE SimplePractice for my therapy practice! It makes my life so much easier. I was able to set up billing for insurance and self-pay clients, I can do everything right from my client portal, so I now have a completely paperless practice, which keeps me organized. The templates are great and make completing my progress notes quick. It is my one stop shop for everything for my practice. And they are so helpful when I have a question or need guidance. I would highly recommend them.
