I am new to electronic medical records and have really enjoyed using Simple Practice. I do wish that there was a way to use the system more easily for group therapy.

Create your own documents, but need just a bit more complexity to make website more informative and functional
I love having the option to create my own documentation templates! It easy to do and then I have something very tailored to what I want. It's nice to have a website paired with your account, but the website is very simple and doesn't allow for much content, pictures, or to display QR codes. It's handy that patients can book online from my website though.

I use Simple Practice to conduct telehealth sessions 4 days a week and it is very reliable. I can think of one time that there was a technical problem that delayed starting a session. Overall, very reliable and user friendly.
