Simple Practice makes it easy to have a paperless, telehealth practice. Sending and receiving paperwork as well as documenting sessions is very straightforward.

I use Simple Practice to conduct telehealth sessions 4 days a week and it is very reliable. I can think of one time that there was a technical problem that delayed starting a session. Overall, very reliable and user friendly.

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Ease of use, was very easy to learn, doesn't require much training, can pick up on the features very quickly as it's intuitive, seems to be used a lot among mental health professionals What do you dislike about SimplePractice? Simple practice provides peace of mind and all I need in a Telehealth EHR for my private practice. I love the private messaging, the client portal, and the ease of electronic claim submission. The tutorials are thorough and very helpful every step of the way!
