Reliable, robust, supportive EMR

The best EMR that I have used. As a solo practitioner in private practice, I use SimplePractice for telehealth, client records, notes, documents, and billing. It does all of this seamlessly on my end, and clients report that their experience is easy as well. The price point is certainly higher than other platforms, but I do find that the integrated billing, website, and tech support justify the cost. Very user-friendly

I found it very easy to navigate the SimplePractice platform, compared to other platforms. It was almost intuitive! Like most therapists, I would rather focus on clinical work rather than administrative work so the more user-friendly a platform is, the better an experience it is for me.
