Clean interface with relevant functionality

As a solo practitioner, SimplePractice provides me adequate support with managing my psychotherapy practice. It is easy to learn, use, and from my research, is offered at a competitive price point. Their customer service is also quite stellar. The 30 day free trial was more than adequate time to determine that this practice management system fits my needs for administering/managing my practice.

Accessible, Professional, Affordable, State-of-the-Art

I began using Simple Practice during the trial period, and slowly became dependant on it, given it's easy and customizable features, ease of use, and how easy and assessable it became for my practice to get the work done without compromising patient quality of care.

I have now been using Simple Practice for the last month or so and every day that I use it, i'm finding it more and more useful. Great for private practice

SimplePractice has been a great tool for getting my private practice in order. It has helped me organize my notes, billing, and more. The customer service has been wonderful as they are always willing to help with any issues that arise (although there haven't been many), open to feedback, and asking for feedback from the users to make sure it offers the tools we need most. so far i'm loving keeping my client records online. no more paper files! i also love that the simple practice admin is responsive and seems to be continually working to update the software

Simple Practice has simplified my life!

This system is a therapist's best friend. It has everything in one place and is very user friendly. I don't know what I did without it. They are very quick to respond to questions and follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Excellent service. Excellent product.

Perfect for the solo practitioner

I looked at quite a few electronic records/practice management tools before I signed on for one, and I'd become quite discouraged. Either they cost too much money (both in monthly fees and setup fees), had more bells and whistles than I needed (and therefore was too complicated), had terrible customer service, and/or didn't have features I needed. Best and easiest to use!

I tried several other electronic health billing and note taking companies, but simple practice was everything I needed for my sole practice and was so easy to use. The interface is clean and simple and it is so much faster to write my notes. It has been much easier and more pleasant to switch my practice from paper to electronic than I ever thought possible. I highly recommend simple practice.
