Simple Practice allows you to begin your private practice immediately.

I had a short amount of time between my license number posting and seeing my clients in private practice. .One day. I needed a program that allowed me to use it immediately. It is clear and user friendly. Within a few hours I was able to add clients to my schedule, intake payments and send documents. I would recommend Simple Practice to any new licensed therapist or a clinician wanting to transition.

Extremely user friendly and excellent customizable features

Truly simple and will save you so much administrative time

Simple practice is a great tool for managing your therapy practice and they are constantly upgrading their service to make it more user friendly. It is intuitive and if you have questions they are very responsive to emails. Of course there are tradeoffs occasionally but for the most part, the system works very well.

Easy to use practice management system and nice videos.

I like the simple menus across the top and the left side. The videos are excellent too. The only thing I am having difficulty with is finding a phone number to ask an important question I cannot find online.

Simple Practice really is simple

I have been using this program for the past two months. It is easy to use and keeps all of my files HIPAA compliant. I like that it is accessible on a phone app for scheduling as well by computer/ipad. I highly recommend it especially for those who are running a small private practice and don't want to be bogged down with paperwork!

Just what I needed for my private pay, solo Private Practice!

I'm all for EHR, even helped develop and implement one at the large psych hospital where I used to work a few years back. But somehow when it came to starting and running my PP, I found I was relying on paper....WAY too much paper. Finally landed a great one!

I tried out several online sites and used another service for 2 years. While I liked their interface, their price (59/month) was too steep for my small practice. I tried out several others--really tried them and they were really convoluted or buggy. SimplePractice really has a clean design and feel to it. The interface works well, no bugs, I can see my income easily--no extra ledgers or pie charts. The other thing I am enjoying is the fact that SimplePractice keeps adding on and ...
