Success with paperwork in private practice!

I have found SimplePractice to be amazing so far with simple record keeping and keeping up with billing. I am going to give the insurance package at the beginning of the year. So far the 'help' selections on the company webpage to be extremely helpful when needed. I am recommending to others.

Simple Practice has saved me from needing to hire an office assistant !

I love being a therapist, but find the clerical and administration piece tedious, frustrating and time consuming. I had reached a point where I was convinced I needed to hire a part time office assistant to help me manage all the moving parts (scheduling, emailing intake documents, sending appointment reminders, bookkeeping, superbills, etc. I signed up for Therapy Notes for a few months, but didn't find it saved me time overall. Easy and Economical

My experience with the software was pretty seamless. The colors and templates are inviting to use. I like the option of having the use of a mobile app to use while away from the office as well as having clients use the client portal to complete intake information.

Great customer service and ease of use

I highly recommend SimplePractice. I have already talked about it with another therapist who is considering joining as well. I have found it very easy to use and my questions are answered so quickly! I love this program and recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their practice.

I started using SimplePractice about a month ago, and have loved it! I am caught up on all my paperwork, logging of all correspondence, and I find myself looking forward to using the system. It is easy to use - documentation of emails, phone calls & sessions is very simple and logical. Scheduling is also just as easy and syncs with my google calendar - so I don't have duplicate entries anywhere. Email reminders are working for clients - and my rate of no-shows has dropped.
