Love Simple Practice!

Simple Practice is easy to use, I really like the convenient features of the automatic client reminders and having my daily schedule sent to me each morning. It has everything I need and a great price that a counselor just starting their private practice can afford.

Great for cash pay psychotherapy practice!

Easy solution for beginner to private practice. Writing and storing notes appointment reminders, etc. and it is all HIPAA compliant. You cannot beat this simple yet essential service for the price!

I have tried several therapy software programs, however, not one program alone included all my practice's needs. I was very unsatisfied by the costs, limited features and efficiency of the other sites. SimplePractice has allowed me to use one program for records, notes, bookkeeping, and scheduling rather than four separate applications. I am thankful that SimplePractice is not complex to use, economical and still has so many features.

I signed up for the free trial and love it so far, I just paid for a year subscription. Easy to use, and the client portal is great.

Intuitive program that truly makes practice admin easier

I am not one for reading instructions or watching tutorials, and I have been able to figure Simple Practice out with ease. I tried out three programs at the same time, and Simple Practice was the best hands down. A great service, getting better every day!

So far I'm really happy with SimplePractice. Especially exceptional has been the support. Whenever I email the team with a question someone gets back to me immediately and follows up with me until I've found a resolution. Getting to know the program took a little time but now I'm getting the hang of it and am navigating with ease. Inputting payments and progress notes is especially easy and streamlined, which is nice, since breaks between clients can be tight. I'm happy and look forward to ...

Success with paperwork in private practice!

I have found SimplePractice to be amazing so far with simple record keeping and keeping up with billing. I am going to give the insurance package at the beginning of the year. So far the 'help' selections on the company webpage to be extremely helpful when needed. I am recommending to others.
