I just opened a private practice and I am genuinely impressed about the streamlined, easy, logical way that SimplePractice works. I tried another company first - while I liked the setup of their forms I found it somewhat more cumbersome (and not to mention more costly). Very comprehensive EHR, everything I need and wanted!

I have been using Simple Practice for a few months now and I really could not be happier with the platform. I have used EHRs both in the hospital setting as well as a competitor in a group private practice setting. What made me choose Simple Practice over the competitor I was used to using (TherapyNotes) when I went on my own doing a solo private practice were a few key features that I thought TherapyNotes was always lacking. Terrific customer service!

There are a few features I wish it had, but the company has great prompt customer service, and elegant design, and seem very open and active with suggestions.

Pre-R medical records

I have been using Simple Practice to manage my medical records for a new house calls business called "Pre-R". It's a pleasure to use and much better than any other electronic medical record that I've used in the past. I can write concise, logical notes and it is easy to retrieve past notes whenever needed. My patients seem to be impressed as well. The payment and calendar systems work very well also.

Good options and almost full functionality

I have only started using SP, but have found it fast and easy to work with, along with having good integration with email and text services. There are some minor quirks and some lack of functionality but with the rapidity of changes, it seems like many of these will be addressed soon. Simple is the perfect word at the start practice

I just started my practice and wanted a simple and inexpensive way to keep track of my clients and this was a SIMPLE way to start my PRACTICE! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that I could sync my icalendar with SimplePractice as that is how I was previously keeping track of my schedule. Simple Practice Feels Like Having a Personal Assistant

I've been very happy with using the Simple Practice system. It has everything I need in one easy to use place from intake documents and notes to reminders and billing info. It is intuitive and easy to use and I have been able to simplify things for myself. I highly recommend it for therapists.

Simple Practice Changed My Life For The Better

I can honestly say that Simple Practice changed my life. I used to DREAD doing client notes. Now, with SP, it's a cinch. Scheduling is fast and easy. I love the calendar view, it's so clear. I do wish they gave the option of "reschedule" in addition to the ones they offer, though. I am also starting to consider taking insurance because with SP, it seems easy to file claims. Before, it seemed so daunting.

Excellent tool for new Private Practice MFTs!!

I am newly licensed and moving into my own private practice an an MFT, and as many of you know, the process can be overwhelming! Simple Practice is giving me a "clean" start in creating client files, forms and documents. Everything is in one place and I don't have to spend my time recreating the wheel. Additionally, I like that there is no long term contract; I can start out small with the basic plan and upgrade to a more robust plan as my practice grows.

Great program for notes, fastest insurance submissions possible

As a counselor in a small private practice, Simple Practice has been a wonderful tool for electronic medical records. I had some difficulty submitting to one particular insurance panel, the staff at Simple Practice worked to correct the problem. Aside from this one glitch, there is no faster way possible to submit to insurance companies. Simple Practice keeps me updated via email as to when status changes on each claim so I can keep my focus where it needs to be: my clients.
