truly simple

So much of my apprehension over launching into private practice was about keeping books. I'm a people person, not a paper person. Simple Practice has REALLY taken so much of my stress away. Billing options, scheduling, HIPPA forms, appointment reminders, etc. I've just scratched the surface and am so happy with the service. Their technical support is great too. Emails are replied to quickly and call requests too. I've recommended Simple Practice to colleagues without reservation.

The SimplePractice software is practical, easy to use, has a great training resources, and customer support.

It was easy to learn with hands on free trial, training videos imbedded directly into each page, and customer support coming from emails, calls, and free webinars. Also, SimplePractice sends emails for you - intake, forms, activation, appt. reminders, etc., which is convenient. However, there is no inbox and it does not collect messages for you. The patient can respond to emails sent, but the responses go directly to your email address on file. Also, it does not seem to store ...

Some good, some bad.

The good: Great for organizing client load, tracking notes and treatment plans, sends auto reminders for appointments and reduced missed appointments. The client portal is wonderful and automates paperwork and consent forms. I have really found the program to be very valuable. Have not used the billing option. The bad: During the free trial, you get bombed with pressure to upgrade 15 days in, and every day from then on. If you don't continue, it feels like extortion when they threaten to ...

A must have for a busy clinician

I have been so happy that I finally made the decision to try SimpePractice. It has made managing my private practice so much easier. The training videos are very helpful in learning how to use the program and the scheduler and billing methods are time savers! Highly recommend!!

SimplePractice is Clean, Professional, Easy-To-Use

I have used other online services in practice management but enjoy the clean, simple, yet professional software interface SimplePractice provides. Instructions and videos are available for each step of setting up and using SimplePractice for the first time. Great so far!

Simple practice has excellent scheduling, easy to navigate interface, and billing options. I do wish you could customize your intake and progress note templates. I am still learning the software, so hopefully I will learn how to navigate. I also wish you could add past appointments and add notes prior to when the appointment has occurred, that way you can get the note formatted and started ahead of time. Other than that, it seems great!

Great practice management software

I have been very pleased with the Simple Practice software. Its highly intuitive interface makes it easy to use so it did not require extensive training time. In a solo practice, Simple Practice makes it easy to keep track of all the administrative tasks that can be overwhelming. Simple Practice stands by it's name yet is fully functional

From the moment I signed up for Simple Practice's 30 day trial I knew I had hit on something amazing. To begin, the user interface is beautifully designed, functional, intuitive and easy to navigate.
