SimplePractice for Private Practice

I am very satisfied with Simple Practice. It is easy to use, safes me a lot of time and keeps sending reminders to my clients in order to decrease the number of missed appointments. A very user friendly program which is quick to learn.

Very helpful and easy to use

I have found this site to be very helpful and easy to use. The reminders keep me on top of notes and treatment plans and it helps me feel organized. Also, it helps to track my monthly income.

Simple Practice helps me manage all the aspects of my business that I had anticipated to be the most daunting. Billing, accounts receivable, scheduling, and confidential/secure record keeping are so far seamless and uncomplicated.

Great for private practice!

I'm in private practice as an LPC and Simple Practice has been amazing! I can easily schedule my clients in the calendar, write client notes, charge sessions by credit card, and send my clients text reminders for appointments. Everything is in one place and it really is simple to use. Any time I have a question about the site, I find my answer under the help tab. I sent an email with a question when I first started and was responded to in just a few hours. I highly recommend this site!

Best system out there for the best price

Simple Practice has been amazing. As a newer therapist, I was looking for a system that keeps me organized and this was the perfect solution. I am able to enter in all of my notes, the calendar sends me a daily reminder of my appointments, and I am able to keep track of how much money I've made with the click of the button. Great Value

I am new to simple practice but am really liking it so far. It offers almost everything I need for a paperless practice. The interface is clean and user friendly. I really love the way that they integrate feedback into new features using a voting system. Very innovative! The longer I use it the more I like it!

Simple and helpful for a small practice

It took me a while to make a decision about purchasing a program like for my small practice and now I am so happy with my decision. Simple Practice has really made a difference in my ability to keep track of income and my schedule. Not to mention to ease of electronic billing. Good by paper billing FOREVER!!!
