Love simple practice!

Love how easy SimplePractice is! It has made opening a private practice so easy! Everything is super user friendly and easy to use! I can't imagine not having it!!!

I cannot tell you how long I fought the transition to digital files and now I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Wow - such a breeze! Easy to use, easy to transition existing clients! Love this new way of keeping client files!

It really is Simple!

I tried a couple other practice management systems and this one really is the best. They are very responsive when you have questions. I really enjoy the ease of the calendar and access to everything on my phone. It is a good system to use for those of us who need easy to learn and easy to follow programs.

Simple Practice makes my life so much easier

I recently signed up and have found Simple Practice to be an efficiency booster. I really like the drag and drop to change appointment times. I also like the feature that allows me to recreate my last note and edit from there. This saves me time. I am still learning all the features. I have also been super impressed with the great customer service. They have been kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.

Easy documentation, billing and invoicing

I like the ease of documenting sessions, recording payments and generating invoices. I also find the treatment planning and diagnosis sections helpful for my insurance payment clients. Very satisfied.

So far so good!

I've only had a simple practice account for a month and my practice hasn't really developed yet but I have found it to be very well organized and easy to use. I think there can be made some improvements to user ability and some more functions but so far so good! Many thanks, Julian
