Ease of use!

SimplePractice is very easy to use and their customer service has been responsive. Although I haven't used the online claim submission feature, I've been happy with the other components (record keeping, invoicing, etc.). I'd recommend it to colleagues.

I learned of Simple Practice from a colleague. I have always done notes by hand and was complaining about the volume of paper and the storage problems. Simple Practice to the rescue. And the best part was they transferred my client data so the switch was easy. No more filing. No more shredding!!

I have found SimplePractice perfect for my growing therapy practice. It is easy to set up clients in the system, collect demographic and referral data, while organizing my schedule. I love the daily emails that outline my day's schedule.

I absolutely love SimplePractice. With a busy private practice, it has allowed me to stay organized and save tons of time on paperwork! SimplePractice also offers great customer service and has returned every email question within 24 hours. I highly recommend this program.

Perfect practice management

I am really impressed with SimplePractice. Took me only about 90 minutes to fully familiarize myself with all of its key features and to test everything out, including the client portal. The mobile app appears to work well, too. No complaints so far.
