I have tried other cloud formats and they were okay; however, I stumbled upon simple practice and found the most integrated format. I no longer have to send email or phone reminders , Simple Practice does it for me. It is easily accessible through an App.

Simple and Complete

I found Simple Practice at the AAMFT conference and decided I had nothing to lose by trying it for a month. I like the way it streamlines my private practice by sending me my daily schedule and reminding me of the tasks I still need to complete. The client portal makes intake paperwork a breeze! I can use their templates or create my own. All the client records are together in one place, including the billing. It is seamless in it's integration.

Awesome Product

I tried out 3 different billing softwares prior to going private practice next month. Simple Practice was the most user friendly. The free month lets you try all the features. It has the cleanest format and easiest to navigate. The customer service has been top notch too. The training webinars are on point. I've been researching for months which practice program I wanted to invest in and after much reading and comparing, I settled on Simple Practice. The conversion was super easy and I am thoroughly enjoying it!
