Pretty solid

Love that it's on my phone, I can access my calendar as well as my client list. It would be much better if one of the features was being able to write up an e-communication note, such as a phone call/text/or email.

great hub for practice management

I was finally ready to try practice management software. I did a bunch of research, and Simple Practice has more of the features I was looking for. There are some features I wish it had, such as a credit card capture (without having to use Stripe), but otherwise I really do like the amount of customization that is possible.

Life changing software!

I love Simple Practice. As a busy therapist working full time in private practice, SP has taken the place of what a human assistant would do: scheduling, billing, collecting intake forms, demographic information, progress notes, etc. SP can truly do it all, I can't imagine working without it now!

Exactly what I need for my business!

This program has made things so much easier in my practice. The site is easy to navigate, customer service is prompt and helpful, and my caseload is so much easier to manage. Glad to be a customer!

I recently began using the invoice system and can quickly email them to clients which saves time. I do a my own office administration and would be lost without Simple Practice. Ease of use!

SimplePractice is very easy to use and their customer service has been responsive. Although I haven't used the online claim submission feature, I've been happy with the other components (record keeping, invoicing, etc.). I'd recommend it to colleagues.
