SimplePractice is amazing

I can't believe I've been in practice 3 years and just now found out about SimplePractice. It's so streamlined and saves me HOURS each week on notes, insurance submissions, etc.

Mostly love it

I've only been using SP for about three and a half weeks, but I already love it. As do my clients. It took me a couple of days to get things set up the way I wanted. But now my clients are handling all of their payments outside of the session. New clients are much easier to process, as I just send them a quick email that already has links to all of the intake paperwork. The best thing so far, though, has been that I have my notes (for all sessions, and intake info) with me wherever I can ...

Best Practice Update and Saved us $$$

I am very excited about the implementation of Simple Practice which has streamlined my practice standards. I have hired a person to do all my billing through Simple Practice and this will save me literally over $1,000 per month. The savings was exciting yet having single point access for everything reduces the amount of time I spend managing my practice. This affords me more direct time with clients. I am very pleased!!

So much simpler!

After using this program for 7 days I realized how easy running a private practice can be with the right tools. The billing and appointment reminders are a wonderful value to my clients and it keeps no shows at a minimum!

SimplePractice has been a true lifesaver!!!!

I have used SimplePractice for the past 4 months and found it to be a tremendous asset to my private practice. I am able to keep clients organized, upload docs to make storage of files much easier, monitor billing accurately, and keep on top of tasks.
