Gives space and freedom to do more in my counseling practice.

The program lays everything out making it easily accessible to both practitioners and clients. It is similar to hiring a secretary to organize your working life with little fuss and virtually none of the expense. Affordable and utilitarian, I will use this for my practice as long as I work.

Organized and on top of things!

I won't lie, I struggle with organization when it comes to paper and filing cabinets. Simple Practice has helped me stream line my calendar, progress notes, and billing all in one place. I also really appreciate how the Calendar can sync with my Iphone- so long gone is the day of double booking by accident. I've already recommended Simple Practice to a number of my colleagues and will continue to do so! Can't recommend it enough!!

My Life as a Therapist Just Got SOOOO Much Easier!

I just became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and with a full caseload, Simple Practice is saving me so much time, decreasing my stress, and helping me keep organized. As an intern, I hand wrote all of my client notes, and would absolutely dread doing it and find myself getting behind. Just opened a private practice and started using Simple Practice. They are very responsive and there are always adding new features. I am impressed so far! They extended my trial for a few weeks while I awaited my business account. Love the personal touch.

learning the program

Seems simple at first but many of the insurance companies in my area require pre-enrollment. This process via simple practice has not been simple. Other program does this much easier. I do like the patient portal. I do find the EHR notes and demographic print outs to be odd when I do need to print them. Still learning and exploring though so maybe I'll get the hang of the interface.

Dramatically changed my practice (and professionalism)

I had notes and forms at the office, spreadsheets at home, appointments on my phone. I'd often find myself searching for a piece of information or a contact number. I would spend hours manually creating super bills, or filling out claims by hand. I am so pleased I chose Simple Practice. I researched several other practice software systems and after testing Simple Practice I knew it met my needs. The customer service has eagerly helped me get set up and worked with my starting practice's budget to make it affordable. It's like having another staff member for my practice that makes sure my charting and budgeting are taken care of!

Easy to use!

I love Simple Practice, it's easy to use and has everything I need as a private practice clinician. The two changes I would make would be to interface with Square, my preferred method of taking payment, and to create an app for iPad, so that I can use my thumbprint for added security like I can on my phone. Simple, affordable product.
