I have been exploring Simple Practice as an option for EMR/Patient Portal/biling for about a month now. Comparing it to a few other options that deliver the same services, I find Simple Practice to be just that: Simple. It seems like this is one of the options that took a lot of input from an actual independent practitioner because it has enough options to individualize one's practice, but not so many to as to be overwhelming. I have completed a 30-day trial with Simple Practice. Overall, I think it's a great Practice Managment Software. Here are the pros and cos: Pros: -Intuitive interface and nice clean design -Good basic functions -Excellent and responsive customer service Cons: -lack in details that are important, e.g., 1) having access to formatting and fonts when creating own online documents (i.e., informed consent docs). Like it a lot, but hope to see improvements

I like SimplePractice and what it provides! It is user friendly compared to other sites, but I would like it even more if a few changes were made. Some of these changes are not having to go to "settings" for everything, having all documents in one location, and being able to communicate with clients through the portal.

Simple Practice is the ultimate all in one private practice solution. It offers HIPAA compliant notes, storage, client information, and also provides billing assistance. Simple Practice allows a therapist/clinician to focus on their work with a client, as opposed to the hassle of the management of their practice. Simple Practice also has great customer service. SimplePractice has made scheduling my clients so easy! No more phone calls back and forth to schedule, clients can do this online and they all stated they are really pleased to be able to schedule or cancel their appointments online. Building the system was very easy and writing your notes is a breeze! I appreciate that I can look at the previous notes and quickly add the current notes in a breeze! SimplePractice works for me!

SimplePractice works for me and my solo private practice. Very easy to learn and use. I tried others and I like this one the best. I love the layout and flow. I am the type of person who lives and dies by their calendar and I really like how everything can be reached easily from the calendar. The ability to sync with Google Calendar is a plus. I am very happy with the system and recommend it to anyone who wants an easy to navigate system that covers everything a therapist needs for good documentation. I knew when I made the transition to Private Practice that I wanted to go paperless - Simple Practice could not have made it easier. The system is very easy to navigate and if I had questions- the self help tutorials walked me through the process. I am very happy I decided on Simple Practice.

I have just completed the one month free trial of Simple Practice and now have signed up for a monthly subscription! I have found it intuitive to use and when I am in doubt on how to use something, I can often find the answers in the help section. When stuck, I have emailed and received a helpful response within a day. I also did the 15 minute free consultation which was really helpful.
