I've had a great wonderful experience with Simple Practice. Previously I was using multiple systems to submit claims, keep notes, schedule clients, and track client balances. Simple Practice does all of these things and more. It has saved me valuable time that I now use to see more clients. I would recommend Simple Practice to any practitioner.

I am not very tech savy and I was able to figure it out with no problem. I love that you can do billing through the program-client enters credit card info and easy breezy! I also like the note template options.

I have had a very positive experience with Simple Practice. I manage a full-time psychotherapy practice with this program. I submit all my insurance claims through Simple Practice, and have had terrific and quick responses when I had questions about how to use various aspects of the program. My clients LOVE the automatic text reminders and I like that I can access my schedule on the iphone app. No complaints here!

Making life easier

This program is helping me convert from paper files to electronic files. Their customer service has been timely and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I look forward to working with this company to keep my office working smoothly and efficiently.
