I love using Simple Practice for the business aspects of my private practice. It is easy to use and versatile. My clients also enjoy using SP because of the convenience of booking and reminders. Overall, I am very happy with Simple Practice as my EHR.

I've been using Simple Practice for a few weeks now and I am completely satisfied. Every time I think to myself, "Oh, I wish it would do ___" I find out that the feature is already built in. I can take pictures of documents and upload them to client files on my phone. I can dictate notes right onto my phone so quickly, and everything I need to keep track of to keep my practice going on the client side and on the legal/financial side is built into to one place. I am starting up private practice and so far SimplePractice has been a huge help! The scheduling, billing, treatment plan, and notes interfaces are all simple and intuitive to use. I also like that the system allows for easy electronic billing from the client's debit card. So far, so good!

4.5 stars I have found simple practice to be incredibly helpful and useful in establishing my practice. The calendar and text reminder function is a necessity when working with teens and college students. I love how easy it is to bill, a couple clicks and tracking claims and payments is all integrated as well.

I have had an awesome experience with Simple Practice and I recommend it to colleagues. One feature I really appreciate is the ability to build your own progress notes and treatment plans. I have built mine with therapeutic interventions I frequently use. This way I can just check boxes of interventions I used in each session rather than typing them all out. The website is easy to use and any time I've had a question the staff at simple practice respond quickly!

SimplePractice saves me so much time and energy in my practice. I do all of my own insurance billing, scheduling, intake paperwork, and scanning documents and SimplePractice helps make this possible. It has many great features and the ability to send documents to clients electronically before the intake is a great asset. The integrated insurance billing and Stripe credit card processing is essential. My clients also appreciate the text and email reminders.

Some issues with the system sending out …

Some issues with the system sending out client reminders and I reached out for support but so far nothing. I am trying to resolve the issue myself, however, one of the main reasons I started using this product was to utilize the client reminder portion to cut back on last minute cancellations. I just started my own private practice and I was looking for a program that was easy to navigate, clear, intuitive, had an online client portal for all my paperwork AND didn't break the bank.
