After using Simple Practice, I'll never use anything else! It is phenomenal to be able to track billing, referrals, attendance, progress notes, treatment plans, and process payments all within one program. It is well worth the monthly subscription fee.

Simple Practice has been so helpful in setting up and keeping the success of my private practice. It is VERY easy to use, and the tutorials are extremely helpful. So far I have not had any claims denied. All the forms are very straightforward. I also love the client portal. Clients have easily accessed information. Simple Practice far exceeds my expectations!

I researched many different EHR's before I chose this one, and I'm happy that I did. I was able to put most of my opening paperwork on the program so that I can send an email to a new client, and they can complete it before their first appt. I don't have paper files at all any more because the few papers that I have people sign in person are scanned and entered into their file. I use it for billing insurance, as well, as it is so easy. I love how easy and intuitive SP is

I love how easy and intuitive SP is. I recommend it to all my therapist friends. I also love the personalized service that has been offered to me. I feel confident that if I ever had a question, I would get an answer quickly. But, it has been so easy to use, I havent had to find out yet!

Great EHR for therapists!

I am really loving this EHR. It's user friendly and I am able to create forms that I frequently use and like to use. I really like the calendar and best of all I love the reminders to clients. It's so great and I can't express how much it helps with no shows and cancellations. The creators often tweak, add and modify things based on us users because they listen to the feedback of their customers! I highly recommend this EHR.

Can't imagine my practice without SimplePractice!

It's amazing that I almost didn't choose to use SimplePractice. It has made opening my own private practice so much easier. I came from another group practice that still used traditional methods and paper. Looking back, it seems so ridiculous to do that. SimplePractice has everything I want. I push a button to bill, treatment plans are very easy and scheduling clients is organized and very easy to understand. I would highly recommend using SimplePractice.
