SimplePractice allows me to focus on the client and avoid the chaos of mismanaging my practice. The process of entrepreneurship and reoccurring mishaps were challenging in the beginning. Although I was referred to other portals, it was the customer service that made me choose Simple Practice! Each question is answered, each answer is simple and each outcome is followed up. Simple Practice has been extremely helpful as I set up my private practice. I have been able to submit claims easily, document payments, recieve EOB from insurance companies. So easy. CUstomer service is very responsive, they are always trying to improve their product. If you are starting out or wanting to get off of paper and into the new way of doing things, I totally recommend Simple Practice as your choice of EHR.

I am very happy with my subscription to simple practice! It has made my transition to private practice and a practice management system so easy and seamless. Areas have been difficult but the SimplePractice support team has been very helpful. I would definitely recommended this service to anyone looking for a practice management system!

Great resource for my new practice.

I just opened my own practice and was new to EMR when I signed up for SimplePractice. I have found it to be helpful in many ways. I appreciate the Client Portal and the ease it provides in making documents available to my clients. The scheduler is straight forward. Billing and accepting payments is very easy; I have a Stripe subscription, and it integrates seamlessly. A modern private practice must have!

I LOVE how efficient this program is for scheduling, billing, and organizing clients for private practice. It's a very user friendly program, the only issue I have is the app doesn't have as many features and functionality as logging onto the actual website (such as note taking). Otherwise, I would highly recommend to my private practice colleagues!
