So Simple
As a brand new user I have been impressed with how easy everything is. Things are setup in away that makes sense. The support is also outstanding as the SimplePractice team walks you though every question. My confidence in running my own practice had increased because of SimplePractice!

WE have just started
WE have just started, but has given us a sense that we have order in the office. We feel connected and able to work more as a team. I think the best part for me is that I will not double book, which was the reason to look for a program. We looked at a few and felt this one suited the needs we had and was SMIPLE to use which I needed.! I don't have time to learn anything complicated

No phone support = Frustration
Getting started it is very difficult not being able to speak with someone on the phone. Must e-mail back and forth and as the e-mail may answer one question, it may leave another unanswered. Really need more phone/live support at least in the first 60 days as learning to use all the features are very difficult and even after watching the videos or reading the articles, there are still unanswered questions. Love it!
I just started using SimplePractice and I love it! The ability to have clients sign forms electronically means I don't have to keep paper files anymore, and its super easy to keep a record of all emails and phone calls in addition to progress notes in the chart. I've used other practice software and this one is by far the best I've seen.

So far simple practice has been very easy to use. I love all of the webinars, they have been very informative and the speakers are very willing to help with questions or find an answer if they do not know. My only complaint is functionality around progress notes for groups. I would love to able to write one portion around what was taught that autoloads to everyone in that group so that I don't have to recopy the same thing into each different note and then write a bit about each individual. ...

SimplePractice is just amazing!
SimplePractice is just amazing! It keeps track of all my client info, schedule, stores my forms/waivers, keeps all of my notes organized for easy access (and ready in case of an audit), and makes submitting insurance claims super easy. Their customer service is excellent and the program is very easy to use. I'm so glad to have found SimplePractice and honestly can't think of anything to complain about or suggest improvement on. This software makes life as a therapist manageable in so many ways. The interface with 3rd party billing has been easy and the customer support that I needed for the one issue that I had (which ended up being on Medicaid's side) was resolved quickly. You can digitally sign your notes, upload documents into the software, and keep track of all your billing.
