In utilizing the free trial, I saw just how simple it really was to add and edit clients, document sessions and collateral contact notes, and determine session fees paid/owed. I love the product

I love the product, but would love to have better customer service. When I have a question it gets answered ineffectively since it is not done in real time. But the product is intuitive and easy to master. I do recommend it to others.

I am a huge fan of Simple Practice b/c …

I am a huge fan of Simple Practice b/c it has greatly simplified my work load. Using this software has allowed me to spend more time doing what I’m good at which is psychotherapy. The ancillary functions are draining of my energy and now much easier.

I was hesitant to change my process but some friends and colleagues encouraged me to check out SimplePractice. I did and was immediately pleased with it. When I realized I could save nearly $500 a month in billing costs by using SimplePractice for billing I was sold! It was very easy to set up and super simple to use. A Complete Client Service System

Our office of three counselors uses Simple practice to manage our calendar, online scheduling, client forms and notes, billing, payment processing, and confidential document storage. So far I've been paying for Simple …

So far I've been paying for Simple Practice for a month, or two. My clients are all loaded, I made my templates and progress notes, and the calendar works great. Appointment reminders do save me a lot of time. However, I haven't been able to figure out the billing piece, and it is impossible to get someone on the phone aside from your scheduled 15 minute free consultation. Super Helpful!
