"Amazing product for case management"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? I greatly appreciate the ease of managing clients, their progress notes, psychotherapy notes, billing, and treatment plans. "Intuitive and streamlined platform"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? I love the ease with which billing and notes are combined. I also love that Simple Practice is so responsive to requests for changes or additional features of their software. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? Honestly, there isn't a lot that I dislike. I haven't figured out how to load custom note templates in my cell phone... that's the biggest issue. "Easy, Fast, Helpful "
What do you like best about SimplePractice? Clean look! Not intimidating, in the least! Accurate and HIPAA compliant. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? This is a hard question to answer! I can’t think of anything! Recommendations to others considering SimplePractice: The name says it all! What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? Simplify with SimplePractice
I'm coming up on my 1st year using SimplePractice as my primary EHR system and I have to say that I am very impressed with it's ease of use, simplicity and customer/client portal. With the additional benefit of Stripe, I've increased my payment collection over 50%. The customer portal allows me to make sure that the correct intake documents, disclosures and payment information are securely sent to the client. Less Stress
I have been using SimplePractice (SP) for 2 months and it is already saving me significant time and reducing my stress related to documentation and billing. I’m more organized now and completely up-to-date with my documentation. Before choosing SimplePractice I compared it to other EHR systems including TherapyNotes, TheraNest and My Clients Plus. Keep up the good work!
I love the calendar, the notes features, the ability to sync between my laptop and phone, and I love the client appointment reminders. I don't use the billing but hope to incorporate that next. The credit card thing is a little more expensive than average (pay pal, square) Finally, I wish there was a way to schedule groups with clients' info attached to the note. And I supervise. I would supervision to services. Overall, totally happy.

Thoroughly Satisfied
I started using Simple Practice a year or so ago, and I have to say it has streamlined everything about my practice. I use it for scheduling, notes, intake paperwork, assessments, billing, and filing insurance paperwork, among other things. I just started using the secure messaging feature, and that seems great as well. Although it takes some time to set things up in the beginning and learn the in's and out's, it's well worth it and becomes fairly intuitive to use after that. There are ...
