Great at keeping me organized

SimplePractice has basically all of the integrated features I need to run my practice from scheduling to note taking to billing. I was able to make the transition in about 2.5 weeks to using it fully from my old, patchwork system. In the process I'm much, much more confident in my processes in terms of compliance and the system has kept me more on top of things like staying up to date on notes. I just signed up for Simple Practice after a 30 day trial. Though I am not a provider that Simple Practice is marketed for, I was impressed with the simplicity, interface, capabilities (I needed HIPAA compliant charting, scheduling, payment processing, and a simple and pretty interface). "Very Frustrating"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? It works for what it is. I'm able to schedule appointments and send patients forms. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? No real time support and no refunds

There is no number to call for help. Even with help we still didn't get the calendar working properly. I signed up because i figured the trial wasn't allowing me to do more but found out it was just cumbersome. After following directions in the tutorial things still weren't working and to get help i have to set up an appointment almost a week out. There is no real time customer service and when i went to cancel i found out there are no refunds.

"The name says it all!!"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I used this with my dad which is a Doctor, easy software to actually have an online scheduling and intake, you are able to actually integrate payments by processing auto pay as well.
