So far SP has been great for us
So far SP has been great for us. The team at SP are responsive and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but the app needs some help- for example if would be great if we could upload videos and photos directly to the client's file instead of having to do it through the computer. It also designed for office based work which makes it a little complicated when we have to go from house to house.

I recently began using Simple Practice
I recently began using Simple Practice. I like the ease of use and simplicity of it. It is extremely helpful to keeping my practice organized. I do wish they offered more pricing options for smaller practices that don't need all the bells and whistles.

Simple Practice has made my practice simple!
Simple Practice has made my practice more streamlined, secure, and, well, simple! The calendar feature helps me keep track of appointments, electronic billing is essential in navigating insurance claims, and secure messaging has made it easy to communicate with clients in a confidential way. Would recommend to any clinician hoping to access all these features in one place.

"Most simple documentation experience I’ve had in my 10 years"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? I love how it is comprehensive and simple What do you dislike about SimplePractice? There is sometimes confusion in the billing, but this is minimal. I also wish there were a few more options for setting regular repeating appointments. What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? It has increased my efficiency in getting my documentation completed, reducing the time it takes.

So far I am appreciating this online management system. I do wish I was able to have more control and creativity under the demographic form, which right now isn't possible to change at all. But overall, I see the value of this service and will continue to use it.

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like that the developers are continually receiving feedback and accepting input about their customers’ desires for how to add to & further develop the program. "Great for simple billing needs/small practices "
What do you like best about SimplePractice? The best feature with this product is that all you have to do is click one button (as long as all the information is there) to create a claim. The information will automatically be filtered onto the claim. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? I dislike that it does not catch mistakes that a private biller would be able to catch. "Customer support HELL"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? Scheduling clients and charting are super easy. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? There is no way to describe the level of frustration I have experienced trying to get some live support. There is NO telephone number you can call to get a live person on the phone to help you figure out a problem. There isn't even a live help option.
