Simple Practice is exactly as it…

Simple Practice is exactly as it sounds. It makes my practice more simple. The platform is a one stop location for all my notes, client information, billing and scheduling. I have the client portal accessible for sending documents to clients and maintaining records. The one flat fee for unlimited clients is really the selling point compared to other systems.

This is an all in one electronic records system. Love the automated appointment reminders. Takes a minute to learn hookie to change things, but not hard to pick it up in no time.

You NEED SimplePractice!

SimplePractice has made running my private practice SO EASY. I love how I can keep all my client information all in one place and I don't have to worry about keeping sensitive information at the office where I work during the day. I used to generate all of my superbills by hand and it was a pain, with SimplePractice I can generate them instantly. It works for me!

I was told by a friend who has a private practice without an EHR that she wishes she had taken the plunge and committed to Simple Practice. I took a week or two to play with this program, and then by the time I had clients calling, I was ready. I'm really happy with the experiences I've had with IT and training opportunities. Happy to have made the switch.

I started with a trial of SP as I was frustrated with a different EHR software provider that I have used for a year. Within a couple of days of trying SP, I made the decision to switch! Smooth and professional interface with lots of help through videos, conference calls, etc. The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, is because there are limitations to working with the client notifications and client portal when it comes to treating minors and/or dependent young adults.

It’s user friendly

It seems like they have thought about most everything a therapist needs to operate a practice smoothly. The tutorials are helpful. It’s easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. It appears some document templates are viewable but not useable and there doesn’t seem to be an option for signature on treatment plans.

I have already recommended simple…

I have already recommended simple practice to my Fellow practitioners. I am a one-man show and it’s already made my life so much easier. Everything is online! Intakes and scheduling and payments. You name it. There’s a client portal where patients can go and access their information and pay their bill anytime they want to. They don’t have to rely on me to settle up on their account. Sometimes I wake up and there’s a payment that’s been made overnight. Best system I’ve used so far.

I recently began using Simple Practice. I like the ease of use and simplicity of it. It is extremely helpful to keeping my practice organized. I do wish they offered more pricing options for smaller practices that don't need all the bells and whistles.
