What do you like best about SimplePractice? Effortlessly eliminates double booking appointment and scheduling during unavailable time slots. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? I barely got through the trial before I knew I need not search any further! Customer Support is Great!!! They truly value you as a customer! The platform is regularly updated with new features and other options at no additional costs!!! I stand behind companies that stand behind and with me, and SimplePractice truly does!!!

SimplePractice is awesome, because....

A couple great colleagues recommended SimplePractice and initially I was dismissive because I was using a different EHR that I like too. SimplePractice is awesome, because the platform is simple, forms are provided that can be edited or more for purchase, and they have live help at anytime with bomb tutorials as well. I'm glad I made the choice to utilize.

Simple Practice is very user friendly!

Simple Practice is very user friendly! As a private practitioner I find Simple Practice very easy to use! Both on my desktop and my iphone. I love that I can access everything I need within minutes. I don't have to keep any paper files anymore and the biller that I outsource can access to program to pull patient info as needed as well. The incorporation of Stripe for credit card processing also makes things very simple. I would recommend Simple Practice to everyone!

I just started with Simple Practice and found it so helpful that a LIVE person will do a video call with you to help you get set up. There is so much information when you are first getting started but it's pretty easy to navigate once you get used to it.

I heard about SimplePractice from several of experienced therapists and decided to give it a try when I started private practice a few weeks ago. I am so glad a friend suggested using Simple Practice to manage my new solo office. I took advantage of the 30-day free trial to make sure it was what I wanted, and soon decided I must keep it! I purchased the professional plan and added the booking widget to my website to allow clients to book appointments. It works great!
