Simple Practice has made my practice simple!

Simple Practice has made my practice more streamlined, secure, and, well, simple! The calendar feature helps me keep track of appointments, electronic billing is essential in navigating insurance claims, and secure messaging has made it easy to communicate with clients in a confidential way. Would recommend to any clinician hoping to access all these features in one place.

I started with a trial of SP as I was frustrated with a different EHR software provider that I have used for a year. Within a couple of days of trying SP, I made the decision to switch! Smooth and professional interface with lots of help through videos, conference calls, etc. The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, is because there are limitations to working with the client notifications and client portal when it comes to treating minors and/or dependent young adults.

I've been anxious about starting my private practice but Simple Practice has really helped ease my anxiety by being so easy to use and really helpful. I love the ability to create my own forms and progress notes but also having templates that are ready to use. The client portal is also really user-friendly!

So convenient

I love being able to send clients my practice policies and intake paperwork ahead of time. and the online scheduling has saved me alot of time. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful

New user in small, part time private practice

After 30 years in health care, I have used about a dozen different EHRs throughout my career. Most are incredibly complex and not at all user-friendly. I was concerned about finding the right fit for my part time therapy practice. I am new in my private practice and a colleague recommended SimplePractice. I love the reminders and ways that the system keeps track of your work. It is very helpful and I look forward to learning more about all of the services that SomplePractice offers.

Pleasantly surprised

Recently upgraded from a trial. I was pleasantly surprised. At my previous practice, I used TheraNotes and was not a fan. Since trying Simple Practice it has made documentation much easier. During my trial, they rolled out the Wiley Treatment Plan upgrade. That was something I had never used and never would have thought to use. However, it made my process that much easier.

Simple Practice is great! A seamless transition to online recording keeping for a busy private practice. Creating super bills, writing notes, billing appointments is so easy! I used Simple Practice while I was under supervision and liked it but the front office did the personal input and required forms input. When I started my own practice I immediately thought of Simple Practice. One of the technicians helped me answer the questions as to inputing the information and it was very helpful.
